These terms cover your use of rebeltechmiami.com and the services of REBEL TECH LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Rebel Tech ("Rebel Tech", "we", "us"). By using the site, hiring us or signing up for Rebel Tech Website Inquiry Alerts, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

Using this website

The site describes our work and our prices. Prices and packages can change, and a quote is only final once we confirm it with you in writing.
Please do not misuse the site: no spam or automated form submissions, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false information in our forms.
The design, text and code of this site belong to Rebel Tech. Client names, logos and photos shown in our work belong to their owners.

Our services

Rebel Tech designs and builds websites and offers care plans: $95/month for hosting, security, maintenance and a lead CRM, or $200/month for all of that plus unlimited revisions. The scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership details for each project are set in the written quote, invoice or agreement for that project. If those differ from these terms, the project agreement controls.

Text message programs (SMS terms)

Rebel Tech runs three text message programs: Website Inquiry Alerts, Missed-Call Text-Back and Consult Booking Texts. None of them sends marketing or promotional messages, and we never text purchased or shared lists. The terms for each are below.

Rebel Tech Website Inquiry Alerts

Program name: Rebel Tech Website Inquiry Alerts.
What it is: Rebel Tech sends text messages to business owners who are Rebel Tech clients when a visitor submits an inquiry through the website Rebel Tech built for their business. Each alert names the business and gives the visitor's name, phone number and what they asked about. A typical message: "Rebel Tech: New website inquiry for Your Business from Maria Lopez (305) 555-0142: ceramic window tint for a 2024 Model Y. Details emailed."
How you sign up: Rebel Tech sends you an invite link. On rebeltechmiami.com/alerts/ you enter your own name and mobile number and check a consent box, which starts unchecked. When your alerts are switched on, you get one confirmation text. We never sign anyone up on their behalf. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies with the number of inquiries your website receives.
Message and data rates may apply.
To cancel, reply STOP to any alert. You may receive one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, and after that no more alerts unless you sign up again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Alerts are a convenience and delivery is not guaranteed, so keep an eye on your email and your website as well.
If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from it first or let us know, so alerts do not go to the next owner of that number.
Your number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

Rebel Tech Missed-Call Text-Back

Program name: Rebel Tech Missed-Call Text-Back.
What it is: if you call our business line (786) 530-2732 and we miss your call, we text the number you called from, only about that call: one text asking what you need and confirming a callback, and up to two short follow-up questions if you reply. A typical message: "Hi, this is Jorge at Rebel Tech Miami. Sorry I missed your call to (786) 530-2732. What can I help you with? Reply STOP to opt out."
How you opt in: by calling us. We text only people who called us first, at most one first text per caller every 7 days, and none between 9pm and 8am Eastern time.
Message frequency varies, up to three texts per missed call.
Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rebel Tech Consult Booking Texts

Program name: Rebel Tech Consult Booking Texts.
What it is: texts about a consult you requested or booked with Rebel Tech: confirmations, reminders and changes to the time. A typical message: "Rebel Tech: your consult with Jorge is confirmed for Tue, Oct 7 at 2:00pm ET. We'll call this number. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
How you opt in: on the "Book a consult" form at rebeltechmiami.com you enter your phone number and check the box "Text me about my consult and booking", which starts unchecked. The box is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and we can reach you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency varies with your booking.

Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the site and our services accurate and running, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond what is written in your project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Rebel Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost leads, arising from your use of the site, our services or Website Inquiry Alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site or services after that means you accept the new version.
