Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information REBEL TECH LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Rebel Tech ("Rebel Tech", "we", "us"), collects through rebeltechmiami.com, through the client websites we build and host, and through the Rebel Tech Website Inquiry Alerts text message program, and what we do with it. We are a small web design studio in Miami, Florida.

What we collect

• Consult and contact forms on rebeltechmiami.com. Your name, your business name and what it does, whether you have a website now, the pricing tier you are interested in, your phone number and/or email address, and any notes you add. We also record the page you sent it from and the language you were using.
• Inquiries on client websites we host. When you use the chat box or contact form on a website Rebel Tech built and hosts for a business, we receive what you enter there (for example your name, phone number, email address, what you need and your chat messages) so we can pass it to that business.
• Website Inquiry Alerts sign-up. When a business owner signs up at rebeltechmiami.com/alerts/, we collect their name, mobile number and invite code, plus a record of their consent: the date and time, IP address, browser type and the version of the sign-up page they saw.
• Messages you send us by phone, text or email.
• Technical information. Like any website, our servers receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure and filter spam and bot submissions.
• Analytics and ad measurement. Some pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. We may use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our own ads. When you submit our consult form, we may send Meta a "Lead" event with your phone number or email and first name in hashed (scrambled) form, along with your IP address and browser type.
• Cookies. rebeltechmiami.com sets one first-party cookie to remember whether you chose English or Spanish. The Meta pixel, where used, may set its own cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry, send you a quote and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To pass an inquiry sent through a client's website to the business that owns that website. That is the purpose of those forms.
• To send Website Inquiry Alerts to business owners who signed up for them, and to keep a record of their consent.
• To keep our sites and our clients' sites working and secure, and to filter out spam, bots and abuse.
• To understand how many people visit and to measure our ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (Website Inquiry Alerts)

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected for Rebel Tech Website Inquiry Alerts are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages.

Only business owners who sign up themselves receive these texts. People who send an inquiry through a client's website are not enrolled in the program and are not texted by it. Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. The full program terms are in our Terms.

Missed-call text-back

If you call Rebel Tech at (786) 530-2732 and we miss your call, we may send one text from (786) 460-5644 to the number you called from to ask what you need and set up a callback. We text only people who called us first and never text purchased or shared lists. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent from these calls are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consult and booking texts

If you check the optional box on our consult form, we may text you about your consult or booking (confirmations and reminders). Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare hosts our websites and stores form submissions, inquiries and consent records.
• Twilio or Textbelt deliver Website Inquiry Alert text messages.
• Resend delivers email copies of inquiries to the business they were sent to.
• FormSubmit delivers consult form submissions to our email inbox.
• Google provides our business email (Gmail).
• Meta receives the ad measurement data described above.

An inquiry you send through a client's website goes to that business, which uses it under its own policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights, property or safety of Rebel Tech, our clients or others.

How long we keep it

• Consult inquiries sent to Rebel Tech: as long as we need them to respond, do the work and keep normal business records, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Inquiries sent through client websites: only as long as needed to deliver them to the business and handle follow-up. We keep monthly counts of alerts sent for billing, without the inquiry details.
• Website Inquiry Alerts consent records: at least four years after you sign up or cancel, because the law requires us to be able to show that consent was given.
• Opt-out records: for as long as we run the program, so we never text a number that replied STOP unless it signs up again.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any Website Inquiry Alert to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
• Email or call us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will answer as soon as we can. Consent records we are required to keep are the exception.
• You can clear the language cookie in your browser settings, and manage Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.

Security

Our sites run over HTTPS, and only the people who need the information to do the work can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our sites and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
