01 · What it is
Your Google profile is what shows up on Maps.
When someone nearby searches for what you do, Google shows a map with a few businesses under it. Those come from Google Business Profiles, not from websites. The profile is your name, category, hours, photos, reviews and a button to call, and for a lot of customers it is the first thing they see.
A profile that was set up once and then left alone goes stale: old hours, a handful of photos, reviews with no answer. Management means someone keeps it current, every month.

Updates, offers and recent jobs posted to your profile, written from what you send us.
Your photos
Photos of your work, your place and your team, added on a plan. Your own pictures, never stock photos.
Review replies, drafted
We draft a reply to every new review. You approve the wording, and nothing goes out in your name without that.
Categories and services
The right primary and secondary categories, each service listed, your service area and hours kept correct.
A monthly report
What we posted and changed that month, and what the profile's own numbers show: calls, direction requests and website clicks.
03 · Setup and management
Setup comes with your site. Management is monthly.
From the Custom tier ($1,500) up, setting up your Google Business Profile is part of the build: categories, services, service area, hours and the link to your new site, with the same name, phone and area on the site and on the profile.
Management is what happens after launch, at $500 a month. You can have one without the other: keep the profile up yourself, or have us run it. If you already have a website, you can hire us for the profile alone.

04 · What nobody can promise
No one can promise you a spot on the map.
Where you show up depends on how close the person searching is, how well your profile matches what they typed, and how well known your business is, reviews included. We work on the parts you control and show you what changed. Anyone who guarantees a top spot is guessing.
We also never buy reviews, write fake ones or offer customers anything in exchange for one. That breaks Google's rules and can get a profile suspended. The honest way to get more reviews is to ask every customer, and our review request automation does that by text.

The stuff everyone asks first.
- How much does Google Business Profile management cost?
- $500 a month. Setting up the profile is included with every site from the $1,500 tier up.
- Can you get me into the top three on Google Maps?
- Nobody can promise that. Map results depend on how close the person searching is, how relevant your profile is to what they typed, and how well known your business is, including your reviews. We keep the parts you control complete and current, and the monthly report shows what changed.
- Do you reply to my reviews without asking me?
- No. We draft every reply and you approve it before it goes out.
- Who owns the profile?
- You do. The profile stays under your own Google account, and we work on it as a manager you add.
- My business has no storefront. Can I still show up?
- Yes. A service-area business can hide its address and list the areas it serves instead. We set it up that way when you work from home or on the road.
- Do I need a website to have a Google Business Profile?
- No. The profile is free and works on its own. A website gives it somewhere to send people, with your services, your prices and a button to call. A one-page site is $300.
- Will you use stock photos?
- No. The photos come from you: your work, your place, your team. Real photos tell a customer what to expect.
