New Arrival01The Frontier Duffle
Cowhide & Full-Grain Leather

Every piece begins with premium American alligator. Lawrence Willis spent years working closely with these skins, supplying the luxury designer industry long before Willis & Co. existed. That is where the eye for what separates an ordinary hide from a timeless one was formed.
Our master artisans hand-select each alligator skin. Nothing is cut until the skin has earned its place.
The quiet power of a rancher's handshake.

No two skins share a pattern. Before a blade touches the leather, the artisan reads it: where the scales run large and even for the flap, where they tighten for the gussets, where the strap will draw its length.
Tracing every scale with the precision of generations is what makes a Willis piece look deliberate from every angle.

The pattern is cut by hand, following the trace exactly. Brass tools, a steady blade, and a bench that has seen more hours than it will ever count.
Hand-cutting is slower than any machine. It is also the only way to honour a skin that cannot be replaced.
Frontier craftsmanship, European refinement.

The flap is edged and stitched by hand, each pass seated into the leather so the line holds true across the scales. It is the detail you feel before you see it.
From hand-cutting to final stitch, each piece takes over forty hours of devoted labour.

The polished turn-lock is set last, seated so it closes with a single quarter turn and stays closed. Behind it, a structured interior sized for essentials and a rear zip pocket for what needs to be reached fast.
An adjustable alligator shoulder strap finishes the piece. Equal parts statement and utility.
