Our Philosophy is Simple
That is the core of our company’s mindset. One Seed aims to build well-designed gardens, from conception to completion, that delight the senses and remind us of the connection we share with the natural world. We understand the responsibility entrusted to us in designing your landscape. Our vision will become part of your family; your children and grandchildren will run in gardens we created for you. One Seed’s personal and design principles — our company’s foundation — are built on integrity, relevancy, and honor to nature.
What we do
Our Vision
One Seed was formed in 2011, and has already built a diverse portfolio: from high-end residences in Coral Gables, Gables Estates, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, and North Bay Road in Miami Beach, to commercial properties in Pinecrest, Midtown, the Mimo District and Doral. One Seed strives to expose the beauty of every property. We have learned that each project is an individual one that must be honored, catered to, and motivated to find its true identity. Your garden’s unique aesthetic identity is what we strive for in each project.

Our Goal
At One Seed we welcome the opportunity to blend visions with our clients. At its finest, a garden is manifestation of art that can be both lived in and enjoyed, while providing the necessities of modern living. And at its finest, a happy client is what makes our business work. At One Seed the greatest reward we can achieve is our clients’ praise. When that happens, our mission is complete.
Our Team
One Seed started as a passion project between two high-school friends in 2011 — one who had run construction with his father, one who had left Corporate America — who both would rather have been outside.
