What people ask us on the phone, in one place. Anything else, text us.
Do I need to provide water or power?
No. Our rig is self-contained: deionized water, quiet generators and every tool on board. All we need is a place to park.
Where do you go?
Muskegon, Norton Shores, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Whitehall, Hart, Pentwater, New Era, Shelby and Ludington. Boats and RVs at the marina or campground too. Not listed? Text us your town.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave the keys in a lockbox or with someone you trust. You get photos when the job is done.
What if it rains?
We work inside your garage or under an overhang if you have one. If not, we reschedule at no charge.
What are your hours?
8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
Ceramic coating or wax?
Wax sits on top of the paint and wears off. Ceramic bonds to it for 5 to 10 years: deeper gloss, easier washing, salt protection.
How much is ceramic coating?
5-year SunCoat Pro from $820, 10-year SunCoat Diamond from $1,100. If the paint needs correction first, that's from $600. Send a photo for an exact number.
Does ceramic stop rock chips?
No. Ceramic is for gloss, easy washing and salt, not impacts. Rock chips need XPEL paint protection film, from $1,800. Ceramic goes on top if you want both.
How do I wash a coated car?
Hand wash only. No automatic car washes, no brushes. Or book our hand wash, $110, with our own spot-free water.
Do you work on Teslas?
They're our most requested car. Tesla paint is thinner and softer than most, so we correct and coat it with that in mind. Model 3, Y, S, X and Cybertruck.
Pet hair, beach sand, road salt?
Yes, all of it. Mechanical extraction for embedded fur, enzyme treatment for odors, hot water extraction for winter salt. Seats are dry in 1 to 2 hours.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes. $2M liability insurance and IDA certified, plus SunCoat Pro Studio certified for the coatings we apply.
